Argentine tango for beginners and intermediates on Dudui’s lovely patio.
Floor started teaching tango and pilates at the end of 2008, emphasizing natural movement and quality of the contact. “It´s tango embracing everything, not limited by substantives as milonguero or nuevo or salon. Tango with a traditional basis, but open to investigate, to play with the contact and the music. For many tango is a serious matter, for me it also involves fun and freedom. Improvising together creates a flow, a feeling so delightful it’s addictive.” She studied tango with Carolina Bonaventura, Cecilia García, Mario Bournissen, Marcela Trapé, Chicho Frúmboli and Juana Sepulveda, Pablo Villaraza and Dana Frígoli and many more. She also studied contact-improvisation with Gustavo Lecce, contemporanean dance with Susana Szperling, theatre-dance with Majo Goldín and partener contemporaneo with Juan Onofri and Agnese Vanaga.
Emiliano has been dancing for the past nine years and teaching Club Villa Malcolm and Julian Centeya Cultural Center. “My style of dance is a mix of traditional Tango and modern Tango, my tendency is close the embrace, but using the opportunity to open the embrace using techniques of modern Tango. I teach to always try to feel the connection with the woman as well as the music, and in this way seek the best interpretation of tango.” Emiliano studied with Mario Bournissen and Eugenia Martínez, Julio Balmaceda and Corina de la Rosa, Olga Besio, Luis Solanas, Gabriel Glagovsky, Rafael Mendaro and at Centro Cultural Rojas.
